Refund Policy

At WASF, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy. Please read below for more details regarding our return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that have been worn or damaged
  • Products that are not in their original condition or packaging
  • Sale items or gift cards

3. Process for Returning Items
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bywasf.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with instructions on how and where to send your returned item. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective.

4. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that any shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@bywasf.com, and we will assist you further.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@bywasf.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage. Exchanges are subject to availability.

8. UAE Shipping Only
Please note that we currently ship only within the UAE. All returns and exchanges must also be processed within the UAE. We do not accommodate international returns or exchanges at this time.

9. Final Sale Items
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you select your items carefully during sale periods.
